When we acknowledge your booking the official hotel rules and cancelling regulations are automatically become valid; we also inform you about them in the order confirmation.

1. If you cancel your booking, you can do that according to the following conditions:

• 14 days before your arrival we accept your cancellation without repayment obligation
• Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival we accept your cancellation but you are obliged to pay the 20% of your future invoice amount towards the hotel
• Between 7 and 2 days before your arrival we accept your cancellation but you are obliged to pay the 50% of your future invoice amount towards the hotel
• 2 days before your arrival we accept your cancellation but you are obliged to pay the 80% of your future invoice amount towards the hotel

Cancellations are only accepted in writing.

2. You can check-in your room on the day of arrival starting from 2 p.m. and you have to check-out on the day of your leaving up to 10 a.m. In case of arriving at the hotel after 6 p.m. the first day, please inform the hotel in advance.
