Navigating the island is facilitated by the Búbos Vöcsök educational trail, consisting of 15 stations and approximately 1.5 km in length, making it comfortably walkable within an hour. Information boards placed here showcase the diverse world of bird species inhabiting the area, and with a bit of luck, visitors may witness some of the most magnificent representatives of the rich birdlife. In the middle of the island, there is a multi-level birdwatching station made of wood, offering a splendid view of the surrounding landscape, and if we are attentive enough, we may even spot birds swimming on the water or hiding in the reeds from above.
At the end of the tour, children are welcomed by a brand new playground, where parents can also relax. Resting and bonfire facilities are available on the island, with barbecue areas and benches awaiting hikers.
We stayed at the Belenus Hotel for the third time, and once again, we were not disappointed. It is a very pleasant, comfortable, and beautiful hotel. The staff is excellent and attentive to the guests' wishes. The food is delicious and varied, and the servers are very attentive and quick.
Kálmán SzabóThe quality of service was excellent throughout our four-day stay. The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous, the room was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed delicious food in the restaurant, and the wellness area was very relaxing.
István HorváthThis was our second time returning to the Belenus Hotel, and once again, we were not disappointed! It is a very cozy, friendly, and charming hotel with a superb little wellness area that perfectly crowns a weekend getaway, along with great food at every meal.
Flóra FejesWe travel the world from Peru to Nepal, but we regularly return to two places: Belenus and the Maldives. Great clay tennis court, unbeatable food, and excellent hospitality.
Henriett S. and Jenő L.It's no coincidence that we've been coming to this hotel for over 10 years. There's no request they can't fulfill. Friendly environment, attentive staff, family-like atmosphere, comfortable, clean rooms, and a relaxing, uncrowded wellness area perfect for rest and rejuvenation.
