We kindly ask for the payment to be settled either by credit card or via bank transfer within 3 days; failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Accommodation with abundant buffet breakfast (7:30 – 11:00) and buffet dinner (17:45 – 20:45). Depending on the number of guests, live music occasionally contributes to the pleasant atmosphere during dinner (mostly on weekends). Bathrobe, multi-functional indoor covered adventure pool (35°C), outdoor thermal pool (33°C), infrared sauna, steam cave, Finnish sauna, heated relaxation benches, Kneipp bench, tropical experience shower, sauna bucket shower, WiFi connection in the rooms and throughout the hotel area, VAT.
The age-based discount is only available when there are at least 2 full-paying guests per room with an extra bed. Children aged 0-1.99 stay and dine for free when sharing a room with a parent; children aged 2-11.99 receive a 50% discount on accommodation when sharing a room with a parent. Bathrobes are provided for children aged 12 and above. The discount is applicable for children staying in the same room as adults, up to a maximum of 2 children per room.
