Cancellation policy

From the moment of your booking, the cancellation policies and hotel rules will automatically apply as per the following, and you can also read these in the confirmation of your booking.

Cancellation policies

If you cancel your booking, you can do that according to the following conditions:

  1. 15 days before your arrival we accept your cancellation without repayment obligation
  2. Between 14 and 1 days before your arrival we accept your cancellation but you are obliged to pay the 50% of your future invoice amount towards the hotel
  3. In case of no cancellation or no show we accept your cancellation but you are obliged to pay the 100% of your future invoice amount towards the hotel

2023.01.08-04.07 Cancellation Policies

  1. 8 days before your arrival we accept your cancellation without repayment obligation
  2. Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival we accept your cancellation but you are obliged to pay the 50% of your future invoice amount towards the hotel
  3. In case of no cancellation or no show we accept your cancellation but you are obliged to pay the 100% of your future invoice amount towards the hotel

We can only accept cancellations in writing if we have received the e-mail or postal address of our hotel.

For guests who are registered for a foreign address or who do not have a payment guarantee, the hotel may request an advance payment.
