Designated smoking areas are the room terrace, the restaurant\u2019s outer terrace, and the smoking area next to the main entrance.<\/li>\n<li>We ask you to please turn up for meals in attire that is appropriate for the environment and the occasion. Responsibility must be taken for children by their parents and\/or guardians.<\/li>\n<li>Smaller pets (dogs up to 20 kg, bird) can be taken into the hotel after paying a fee, and they can be kept in the room and the hotel\u2019s park. They are not allowed to be taken into the restaurant or other closed spaces, and must be taken care of by their owner. If wishing to bring other types of animals into the hotel, please consult the hotel prior to your arrival.<\/li>\n<li>For more information before your arrival or during your stay at the hotel, use our information page, which you can access by clicking on the link below:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/info.belenushotel.hu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info.belenushotel.hu\/en<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Changes Regarding the Recording of Personal Data Effective September 1, 2021<\/h3>\n<p>We hereby inform you that in accordance with the applicable legislation*, from September 1, 2021, all guests using accommodation services in Hungary must have their personal data, as defined by law, recorded by the accommodation provider through a document reader at check-in, entered into the accommodation management software, and then transmitted to a storage facility, the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA).<\/p>\n<p>The data to be recorded includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Family and given name;<\/li>\n<li>Birth family and given name;<\/li>\n<li>Place of birth;<\/li>\n<li>Date of birth;<\/li>\n<li>Gender;<\/li>\n<li>Nationality;<\/li>\n<li>Mother\u2019s birth family and given name (if included in the identification document);<\/li>\n<li>Identification or travel document details;<\/li>\n<li>For third-country nationals**, the visa or residence permit number, date, and place of entry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To record these data, the guest using the accommodation service must present their identification card, driver&#8217;s license, or travel document to the accommodation provider. If the document is not presented, the accommodation provider will refuse to provide the accommodation service. Authorized by law, the accommodation provider is entitled to request the guest\u2019s identification document, and the guest is obliged to present it. Failure or refusal to do so is equivalent to the guest not showing up at the accommodation at the start of the service. Therefore, if the guest does not present their documents, the general rules of breach of contract and the rules of cancellation of accommodation apply.
