Finally we would like to inform you - according to the Civil Code, Act. 213, Par. (1) – if you accept our quotation given on the internet, in the press or it is in our price list, your booking in writing via telefax or e-mail, or your telephone reservation is considered to be your official order. When your order (booking) arrives at Belenus Thermalhotel and it is accepted, the ’Reservation Contract’ becomes valid between the Guest and Belenus Thermalhotel.
This contract can be cancelled – after accepting by the Guest – in 24 hours in complaint letter, in writing. All the other possible debates between the contracting parties, which are not mentioned here, are to be managed by the Hungarian Civil Code.
